Reliable Adopts A Highway!

This year the staff at Reliable Superstore joined the MODOT Adopt-A-Hwy program.  We were able to adopt a stretch of Eastgate Road next to the Dealership that runs from Sunshine North to Just past the Boy Scout headquarters. On Tuesday March 2nd we organized our first clean up effort.  About a dozen managers and staff  donned safety vests and with bags in hand headed for  Eastgate.  We found a mix of papers, bottles and assorted fast food wrappers.  It doesn’t take long to realize how fast trash accumulates and how long it stays with us.  It was a great reminder to all of us that we need to pick up after ourselves and to be careful with our trash and recycling so it doesn’t end up as an eyesore along our roads.  We will be making our clean up on Eastgate a regular event during good weather so watch our for our orange vests and say hello if you see us!
