This year the staff at Reliable Superstore joined the MODOT Adopt-A-Hwy program. We were able to adopt a stretch of Eastgate Road next to the Dealership that runs from Sunshine North to Just past the Boy Scout headquarters. On Tuesday March 2nd we organized our first clean up effort. About a dozen managers and staff donned safety vests and with bags in hand headed for Eastgate. We found a mix of papers, bottles and assorted fast food wrappers. It doesn’t take long to realize how fast trash accumulates and how long it stays with us. It was a great reminder to all of us that we need to pick up after ourselves and to be careful with our trash and recycling so it doesn’t end up as an eyesore along our roads. We will be making our clean up on Eastgate a regular event during good weather so watch our for our orange vests and say hello if you see us!

Review From “The Washington Times”
Dallas, Tx, December 14, 2010 – Taking a spin around Austin, Texas in this car for a few hours and then driving it for a week one month later, I have to say the Toyota Scion tC is cool.
I like this car.
For many folks a “Scion” harkens images of the boxy car that the brand got face recognition with. Nothing is further from the truth. The new 2011 Scion tC is in the compact coupe category, but there’s still a lot of room in the backseat and for traveling this is a plus.
Lots of cargo space means luggage with room to spare and it should be making the competition embarrassed.
It’s a hip car and with that, the folks at Toyota aren’t stupid since they are gearing it to the younger market. The price tag is easy on the eyes too, couple that with one great stereo and lots of custom options and the young, or just the young at heart, are already in line for this one.
First let’s take note of the engine, four-cylinder, but taken from the brand’s Camry regime with an additional 19 more horsepower to rev it on. The fuel economy is still up there with a number of other pleasing Toyota qualities too.
With a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic to choose from, I tried both and found no problems with either, compared to its competitor the Honda Civic, it’s a fresh start. Made for five passengers this hatchback coupe comes in just one trim, with 18-inch cast-aluminum wheels, keyless entry, cruise control, power accessories and even a panoramic sunroof, so no worrying about which one to choose…
